Jenny Eck
Executive Director
Jenny Eck is a nonprofit leader, policymaker, educator, and advocate whose career has focused on advancing the rights of people historically disenfranchised by systems and public policy. She previously served as Executive Director of a nonprofit and as Communications and Development Director for an international NGO, and has extensive experience in fundraising, organizational leadership, teaching, and event planning.
Jenny served six years in the Montana Legislature, including two years as House Minority Leader, where her work included policymaking and advancing legislation. She has also spent more than six years co-facilitating classes and retreats for organizations experiencing high levels of secondary trauma, helping participants access resilience, inner awareness, and embodied wisdom.
She brings to TTT Education & Impact a deep commitment to human rights, policy change, nonprofit development, and expanding access and opportunity for nonspeaking people.
Ky Dickens
President
Ky Dickens is an award-winning filmmaker, podcast creator, and storyteller whose work explores complex social issues, human resilience, and consciousness. She is the creator and host of The Telepathy Tapes, the Webby Award-winning podcast investigating communication and consciousness among nonspeaking individuals.
Her documentary work includes Show Her the Money, Zero Weeks, Sole Survivor, The City That Sold America, and #TimeToCare.
A lifelong advocate for the special needs community, Ky brings decades of storytelling and social-impact experience to TTT Education & Impact.
Libby Ingram
Vice President
Libby Ingram is a certified speech-language pathologist and communication regulation partner with more than 25 years of experience working in public and private schools, clinics, and preschools. She has worked with children, adolescents, and young adults with a wide range of developmental disabilities and speech and language disorders and has been a spelling practitioner since 2017.
Libby runs LoveJohnPaul.org, a nonprofit created in honor of her son John Paul that helps families gain knowledge of and access to spelling methods.
She also volunteers as an art teacher and communication regulation partner at Nia School in Atlanta, serving nonspeaking, minimally speaking, and unreliably speaking autistic students.
Scot Sherwood, MD
Secretary
Scot Sherwood is a medical doctor and Assistant Professor of Radiology and Imaging Sciences at Emory University School of Medicine and Emory Healthcare.
As the father of a nonspeaking, apraxic autistic daughter, he has been involved with the autism community for nearly 20 years and has firsthand experience navigating traditional and nontraditional supports, treatments, and therapies for nonspeaking autistic people.
His daughter began communicating through spelling in 2016, and his family has since become deeply involved in nonspeaking autistic spelling communities, with the goal of helping more nonspeakers gain access to communication.
Nicole Danielle

As the mother of two young boys with autism, including one nonspeaking child, Nicole is not only an advocate but also a champion for authentic voices. She brings both her creative storytelling expertise and personal connection to the nonspeaking community to the TTT Education + Impact board.
